SMS Messaging Terms
Cars2Rent uses SMS only to communicate with customers who request vehicle rental information, Turo booking links, or customer service assistance.
Opt-In Consent
Customers initiate contact with Cars2Rent by calling the business or submitting an inquiry. Before sending any text message from our AI phone assistant, Cars2Rent asks for permission.
Example consent language used during calls: "Would you like me to text the direct Turo booking link(s) to the number you're calling from?"
SMS messages are sent only after the customer verbally agrees or otherwise provides consent through a Cars2Rent inquiry form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Types of Messages
Cars2Rent SMS messages may include:
- Vehicle availability information
- Direct Turo booking links
- Rental inquiry responses
- Customer service messages
- Rental-related follow-up communications requested by the customer
Cars2Rent does not send unsolicited marketing text messages, promotional blasts, newsletters, or cold outreach by SMS.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the level of support requested.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
