These Terms of Service govern your use of the cars2rent website and communications with cars2rent.
Rental Platform
cars2rent assists customers in locating available rental vehicles listed through Turo. All reservations, pricing, payments, protection plans, rental agreements, and trip rules are completed directly through Turo.
Availability
Vehicle availability is subject to change. A vehicle recommendation or Turo link sent by cars2rent does not guarantee availability, pricing, or booking confirmation. Customers must review and complete reservations directly on Turo.
Rental Inquiry SMS
By opting in, you agree to receive Rental Inquiry SMS messages from cars2rent. Rental inquiry messages may include vehicle availability, direct Turo booking links, and responses to questions before booking through Turo. cars2rent does not use this SMS program for promotional or marketing messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing Turo listing details, pickup options, pricing, fees, protection plans, eligibility requirements, and all Turo terms before booking.
Limitation
cars2rent is not responsible for changes made within Turo after booking links have been sent, including price changes, availability changes, trip protection selections, or Turo platform requirements.
